Fire Safety Training

A building's fire safety systems only work as well as the people who know how to respond when they activate — a fully compliant fire alarm and suppression setup doesn't help much if staff have never been trained on evacuation procedures or how to use an extinguisher correctly. We provide fire safety training and fire warden courses across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, and Al Ain, designed to meet Civil Defence requirements and give staff genuine, practical competence, not just a certificate to file away.

Fire Warden Course

A fire warden is the person responsible for coordinating evacuation and liaising with emergency services during a fire event, and most UAE buildings are required to have trained fire wardens on-site during operating hours. Our fire warden course covers evacuation procedures, assembly point management, headcount protocols, and how to communicate effectively with fire services on arrival, preparing nominated staff to take on that responsibility with confidence rather than working it out during an actual emergency.

Fire Extinguisher Training

Knowing an extinguisher exists on the wall and knowing how to actually use one under pressure are two different things — untrained staff commonly fumble with the pin, aim incorrectly, or hesitate long enough that a small, manageable fire grows past the point an extinguisher can handle. Our fire extinguisher training covers extinguisher types, which type suits which fire class, and hands-on practice using the correct technique, so staff can respond immediately and correctly if they're ever first on the scene of a fire.

Fire Drill & Evacuation Training

A fire drill only builds genuine readiness if it's run properly and taken seriously, not treated as a routine interruption to the workday. We plan and run fire drills that test actual evacuation routes, assembly points, and headcount procedures, then provide feedback on what worked and what didn't, so each drill genuinely improves a building's evacuation readiness rather than just satisfying a compliance checkbox.

Workplace Fire Safety Training

Beyond wardens and extinguisher handling, general staff benefit from understanding basic fire safety awareness — how fires start, common workplace fire hazards, and what to do (and not do) in the first moments of discovering a fire. We provide workplace fire safety training tailored to a business's specific environment, whether that's a general office, a commercial kitchen, or an industrial facility with its own distinct fire risks.

Civil Defence Requirements

UAE Civil Defence requires many building types to maintain trained fire wardens and demonstrate staff fire safety awareness as part of ongoing compliance, and untrained staff during an inspection or incident can reflect poorly on a building's overall compliance status. We structure our training to align with what Civil Defence actually expects, so a business isn't just checking a training box but genuinely meeting the standard being assessed.
